I had promised that I would post the link to this utility for those that wish to be able to restore individual files via ShadowCopy.  This is especially useful if you’ve been affected by the CryptoLocker infection.  It will allow you to restore files without paying the ransom (after removing the infection) as long as Shadow Volumes are enabled in Windows.
